V.A. Hoffman Plumbing, Heating and Sheetmetal

My family and I have been customers of Hoffman for alot of year and I will never recommend this company to my worst enemy. First you try charging my elderly parents 1300 for a furnace cleaning in which the tech didn't clean very well my parents want him to fix the electrical filter which couldn't be fix his solution was to put what e d up being 6 filters and told my parents that the furnace was in good shape and would last alot of years. 2 days later parents notice no heat coming from vents but the furnace was running and called Hoffmans again the tech told my parents the furnace induction motor was no good. A family friend look at it and found out the tech almost wrecked the furnace by putting to many filters and starving and restricting the air flow. When my parents talk to them on the phone my mother asked how much the bill was and was told 1300 so my mother let my dad talk to the lady my talks alittle loud because of loss of hear in 1 ear and half in the other. My parent went in person to discuss the bill. The owner proceeded to yell at my parent say my parents were yelling at the lady my parents have never yelled at anybody. My dad told the owner about the stroke and his hearing loss and apologized if he was talking loud and the owner still was yelling. The lady was trying to charge my parents for parts that were never installed and the second call was the tech fault and fixed by and family friend who will now be getting all this family's business.

Great service!! I got a duck less split put in about a month ago and it’s amazing the kind gentleman who put it in was awesome and explained anything I wanted to know about it. I appreciate people like this. Will definitely use this company again. Your work is appreciated!!!!! 🫶

You can not go wrong in choosing Hoffman. They have worked on plumbing at my farm on two occasions and they could not have been more professional and efficient. I'm sure that frozen pipes are not a plumbers favourite job but the fellow who worked on mine could not have been more accommodating. Great job. Thank you

This business was so professional enough to replace the 1930’s cast iron toxic pipes in my apartment buildings basement, replacing it with wider plastic brand new pipes that smell more professional, and my apartment building smelt nicer, great job.

very professional and quick the cost was not bad either really glad i got someone who knew what they were doing. now i can relax. the noise in my kitchen is gone the gurgling was driving me crazy. money well spent.
